Renegotiating Faith: Walking with young adults through a critical season in faith formation. The Evangelical Fellowship of Canada’s recent research study -- “Renegotiating Faith: The Delay in Young Adult Identity Formation and What It Means for the Church in Canada” – will be the focus of an evening conversation at Redeemer University College (co-sponsored with CRC Faith Formation Ministries). The report’s lead researcher and author, Rick Hiemstra, will present an overview of the report’s findings and recommendations, followed by a panel of experts moderated by FFM’s Dr. Syd Hielema. The evening will provide a clearer understanding of young adult faith lives and suggest specific steps to take for congregations and families as they walk with young adults. The evening is intended to support church leaders, parents, teachers, young adults, and teenagers. Wednesday, March 6 at Redeemer, 7:30 – 9 pm. This event is free. (The entire report can be found online by googling its title.
